today cca(and yesterday too...)my knee hurts a lot..dunno what had happened...that causes it...somemore my back hurts again...is old injury...which also started from cca...the time where we had to run barefooted like a inverted "L"...at the corner got dustbin and i avoid it and something happened(dunno what?)and 'wham' i was on the floor...initially was only my hand but after i went home,it was my back...now again...dunno how to cope...cannot stop dancing cause SYF year...Help!!!somemore tomorrow got school(remedial to be exact)
